30-Day Return Window

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Items that do not match the product description
  • Items that were never delivered
  • Wrong item received

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging (where applicable)
  • Digital products and downloadable software

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  4. Once your return is approved, ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. In most cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / wrong item: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved within 24–48 hours.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Account termination and refusal of future orders
  • Recovery of bank chargeback fees

We always prefer to resolve disputes directly with our customers.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case it follows the standard return process.
